Typical price ranges for everything we do, so you know roughly where you stand before you ring. The exact figure depends on your items and we agree it with you on the phone or on WhatsApp — never on the doorstep.

How pricing works
Upholstery is priced per item and carpet is priced per room, because that is how the work actually divides up. Corner sofas are priced by seat count rather than by guessing what "large" means.
Every figure below is a range, not a quote. Where your job lands inside it depends on three things: the size of the piece, the fabric, and how heavily soiled it is. Heavy pet contamination, severe staining, or a fabric somebody has already tried to clean badly all take longer and sit at the top of the range.
So the ranges are here to tell you whether we are in your budget before you pick up the phone. The actual number gets agreed when we speak — send a photo on WhatsApp with your postcode, or just ring, and we will talk it through and give you a figure that then does not change.

Questions
Questions about pricing
Why are the prices shown as ranges?
Because an honest single figure is impossible without knowing your items. A three-seater in linen with a wine stain and a three-seater in polyester that just needs a freshen up are different jobs. The range tells you the realistic span; we agree your exact number on the phone or WhatsApp once we know what we are dealing with.
How do I pay?
On completion, once you have seen the result. Bank transfer or card. For commercial and letting-agent work we invoice on standard terms.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, there is a minimum call-out, because a single dining chair does not cover the travel and setup. Most people combine items: a sofa plus the stairs, or a dining set alongside a carpet clean. Combined bookings are considerably better value than separate visits.
Do you charge extra for stairs, parking or travel?
No travel surcharge anywhere in Greater London, and no surcharge for flights of stairs — our machine stays at ground level and we run hoses up. Where a road charge such as the Congestion Charge applies to your address, it is itemised separately in your quote so you can see exactly what it is.
Once we agree a price, can it change?
No. Once we have discussed the job and agreed a figure, that is what you pay. The only time it would change is if what we find is materially different from what was described — more seats, an extra room, heavy pet contamination nobody mentioned — and in that case we tell you before we start work, never after we have finished.
Are evenings and weekends more expensive?
No. Evening and weekend slots are charged at the same rate, and for scheduled commercial work there is no out-of-hours surcharge either.
What if the stain does not come out?
We tell you what to expect before we start, which is the important part — some marks lift completely, some reduce, and a few are permanent. If we say something will come out and it does not, tell us and we will come back. If a fabric turns out to be one we cannot clean safely, we say so on the doorstep and there is nothing to pay.
