What we do

We clean upholstery and carpet in homes and businesses across Greater London — fabric and leather sofas, corner units, velvet chairs, dining sets, armchairs, fitted carpet, stairs and landings. We do stain work and genuine odour removal, tenancy check-out cleans, and out-of-hours commercial work.

We do not do general domestic cleaning, oven cleaning, window cleaning or gardening. Doing one thing means we can be good at it rather than adequate at ten things.

How we are different, concretely

Every trade site claims to be professional, reliable and competitively priced. Those words cost nothing to type, so here are the things we actually do differently, each of which you can check.

Every photograph on this site is a real job. There is no stock photography anywhere on these pages. The before-and-after gallery is 14 pairs of our own photographs, taken on the day, in whatever light the room had. Some of the after shots still have a hose or an air mover in frame. We left them in on purpose.

We publish no star rating. A rating graphic that leads nowhere and cannot be verified is worth nothing, so we show the actual customer messages and the actual screenshots instead, and let you judge them.

We tell you what will not come out. Dye-based stains that have been left for months, bleached patches, physically worn traffic lanes, peeling bonded leather, cracked hide — none of these are fixed by cleaning, and we will say so before you book rather than making excuses afterwards.

The quote is the price. We quote from your photo and that is what you pay. If the job turns out bigger than the photo showed, you hear about it before we start, not when we hand you the bill.

Why the method matters more than the machine

Powerful equipment is table stakes in this industry — everybody has it and everybody mentions it. What separates results is sequence and restraint: testing the fibre before committing to a method, vacuuming properly before introducing water, letting the pre-spray dwell, and taking out more moisture than went in.

Almost every rescue job we are called to — the patchy sofa, the brown watermark, the carpet that smelled worse afterwards — was caused by skipping one of those, not by using the wrong machine. Our method page sets out all seven steps and why the order is not negotiable.
